About Me

Hello, my name is Aneta Sanders and I have been coaching, training and mentoring individuals for a number of years in my capacity as the HR Professional in a variety of organisations and sectors. Through my role I discovered that I have genuine passion and calling for coaching (and mentoring, where applicable) and I am in the absolute awe of the change coaching has been making and continues to make to my clients' lives. I am privileged and proud to say that my coaching has already made a difference to a number of individuals, including myself. My clients have changed jobs with a considerable pay rise, lost many stones in weight, moved houses and became better executives - all thanks to coaching. This is why I strongly believe that coaching is the way to go to the future to improve people and organisations - one person and one conversation at a time. Coaching is a forward moving process that centres around establishing goals i.e. what you want to achieve in the next day, month, year or two years. The goals give direction, focus and motivation.
